“jmfredriksen” is a Instagram account I started as a nutrition student in 2022. It was initially named “epidemiologisk” due to my interest in nutritional epidemiology, but has since been rebranded and made to encompass nutrition science, critical thinking and skepticism.
I created this substack account to re-publish some of articles from a previous blog to a free plattform, so they would not disappear if I stopped paying for a subscription-based website creator.
This was the first blog I ever made back in 2015 as a personal trainer. For sentimental reasons, and due to the post about Herbalife going viral (see comment section in the blog), I’ve decided to keep it running.
